Who We Are

We are the men and women that answered the call of duty to serve our great nation. Although each of us are different, we are one in our desire to continue serving our fellow service members, their families and the communities we call home.

 

We assist each other through networking to help our fellow comrades find employment opportunities, socialize to help address both personal and community issues, hold seminars to educate veterans and their families, and help provide recreational outlets to help veterans enjoy their lives to the fullest.

Family members of Post members are invited to join us and be part of our Auxiliary. The Auxiliary works along side us as we serve Veterans, their families and the community.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. However, this post is operated by a complete volunteer force and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner.

Am I eligible to join the VFW?

You are eligible to join the VFW if you meet the following three requirements:

  • US citizenship

  • Honorable service with the US Armed Forces

  • Overseas service in a foreign conflict, verified by:

    • Awarding of an approved campaign medal OR

    • Hostile fire/imminent danger pay OR

    • 30 consecutive or 60 non-consecutive days service in Korea.
